As part of the strategy development process, we will complete three strategic analysis tools designed to support a thorough environmental scan. These tools are essential to shaping a shared understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our organisation, now and into the future.
To support your analysis, we’ve provided a Guideline Document that acts as a research and preparation space. Use it to draft your responses, explore data sources and organise your ideas before final submission.
This document includes category definitions, prompting questions and a structured note-taking space. It is not the submission form – just a tool to help you prepare well.

Used to assess the dynamics of competition in our industry. It invites you to examine threats from new entrants or substitutes, power dynamics between suppliers and customers, and the intensity of market rivalry. - Refer to the guideline docs for context and instructions
- Engage your team or peers as needed, but submit your contributions independently
